Here at Gingers we are committed to providing the highest quality floral and balloon arrangements whilst giving excellent value for money.
All our products come with a gift card with your personal message, and our floral arrangements also come with flower food and a flower care card.
We purchase our flowers from a variety of sources and usually on the same day as the order takes place, to ensure the highest quality, fresh flowers.

The information contained in our emails is strictly confidential and for the use of the addressee(s) only. Making a Purchase/Ordering
You can place an order by telephone or by email.
For Mothers Day, Valentines Day or Christmas due to the volumes of orders, we cannot amend, cancel or change any orders placed within 8 days of either occasion or day.
Funeral orders must be placed with a minimum of 48 hours in advance and please state the funeral time.
Once we receive your order we will send you an email confirming your order details including an order reference number for any future correspondence. This e-mail shall be directed to the email address you supplied us upon order placement. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we send you an acceptance e-mail.
Full payment for all items purchased through this site is required before your order can be despatched.
Incorrect details provided may lead to problems or delays, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full correct address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and your day time contact telephone number or mobile number and your e-mail address.
Delivery
Gingers cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery due to incorrect recipient details, or for failed delivery when the recipient is unavailable for long periods (e.g. holidays).
There are no deliveries carried out on a Sunday (Mothers Day only exception). For orders required on Sundays please contact us in advance to check for availability.
In the event that we cannot deliver on the requested date we will contact you to advise you of the situation.

The only information sent with the gift is the personal message card; we do not pass on any other details.
Flowers sent to hospitals, schools, military & business addresses will usually be delivered to a main reception or mailing room prior to internal distribution. In case of delivery to such locations, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery.
In the event of the recipient not being at the address at the time of delivery we will attempt to deliver to a neighbour or we will leave a card stating that we have attempted a delivery and to contact us to arrange redelivery.
In the instance of there being difficulties in delivering your order to the intended recipient we reserve the right to contact the recipient using the contact details you provide on the order form. If the recipient’s telephone number has not been registered as Ex-directory, we may be required to trace the recipient’s telephone number in order to achieve a satisfactory delivery.
If an attempted delivery fails (such as the wrong address specified on the order), we reserve the right to charge additional costs to re-deliver or to deduct the shipping costs/product wastage/courier return fee from any refund if the order is subsequently cancelled.
Prices
Prices are inclusive of all gift wrapping and card and also include VAT charged at 17.5%
All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP).
If you are placing an order from outside the UK, the total you will be charged will be converted into your local currency by your credit card company. We have no control over the exchange rates credit card companies choose to apply. It is also important to note that the customer is responsible for paying any tax and duty applied to their purchase.
Payment
Gingers accept payments from all major Credit and Debit cards via the Paypal secure online payment system. We can also accept card details over the telephone which would be input into our remote Paypal online terminal.
Once you have placed your order you will receive an automated email from Paypal to confirm receipt of Payment.
Gingers will not be liable for any amount exceeding that of the monetary value spent by any customer.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled up until 24 hours prior to the intended delivery date.

Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy.
Gingers will not retain any customers’ payment details, but may retain details of telephone number, address and email address and guarantees not to disclose this information to any third parties. This information is used to process your order, contact you regarding the order if necessary and to provide you with the best possible service.
All information is stored securely, collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. You can check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
Substitution
Gingers holds the right to substitute, within reason*, flowers to ensure your order is executed on time. We only substitute due to seasonal availability or stock shortages, but ensure that the product is of an equal value or higher.
*We will not substitute a flower type if the bouquet gives that flower type in its title, but we may substitute the colour. Similarly for a bouquet that has the colour in its title we may substitute the flower to maintain the colour theme.
Returns/Complaints
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of any of our products please contact us immediately by telephone or email as above.
If we are satisfied that your complaint is genuine, a suitable replacement or refund may be given. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Because of the perishable nature of our products and in order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly and to our mutual satisfaction, we advise you to make any complaint within 3 working days of the date of delivery or intended delivery of your purchase.
In the event that flowers are not received, please contact us 3 days after the delivery date and we can then replace your flowers as soon as is practically possible. Please make sure that the recipient will be at the address for sometime after the expected delivery date as if the recipient no longer stays or resides at the address where delivery has failed we will not be able to refund on the basis that the recipient is no longer there though we will be able to re-send the flowers as part of our guarantee.
We do not refund orders unless there has been an error in the order process or that a duplicate order has been placed or due to delivery problems on our part. We do guarantee, if the address is correct, to re-send any product as soon as practicably possible.
All flowers must have their stems cut about an inch from the bottom of the stems within 24 hours of receipt and every two to three days re-cut and placed in fresh, clean water in a clean vase or container. Perishability will depend on level of care and lower room temperature.
General
Gingers reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and any changes will be displayed on this webpage. Changes will be highlighted and effective 24 hours after the posting of any such change and all subsequent dealings between you and us shall be on the new terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the Terms and Conditions when using this website.
Your purchase will be deemed to have occurred in the UK. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Additionally, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access to the Gingers website for any reason at any time.
We shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in light of any event beyond our reasonable control, (i.e.: acts of god, civil commotion, riot, flood, fire, drought) which renders the provision of the Gingers website impossible or impractical.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
